Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will join our existing Customer Success team to help our online retailers grow their revenues and reach their online potential and beyond.

Developing and nourishing strong relationships as well as a passion for ecommerce and helping retailers achieve their goals are all key ingredients to being successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their business and provide excellent account management from a product and commercial perspective.
  • When required lead and collaborate across the team to coordinate retailer onboarding and manage the successful launch of their online store.
  • Liaise proactively with retailers to develop Customer Success goals that are in line with overall Magico Customer Success strategy.
  • Work with Retailers to implement best practices of ecommerce to drive their growth and reach goals.
  • Ensure Retailers are optimising their use of the AB Commerce platform and relevant martech plugins to achieve their business goals
  • Cultivate a strong understanding of all aspects of ecommerce and online growth strategies.
  • Assist in creating and delivering training and educational materials for customers.
  • Attend regular client meetings either in person, by phone or via online conferencing.
  • Provide regular reporting both internally and externally.
  • Work with retailers and the wider team to test and roll out new AB Commerce platform features and related martech products.
  • Educate retailers about ecommerce trends and AB Commerce platform updates, become their subject matter expert.
  • Attend webinars, seminars, external training and events, as and when required.
  • Proactively manage customer issues, resolving and escalating problems and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure customer data is accurate and up-to-date in Magico’s systems

Key Skills Required

  • Background in ecommerce in the retail industry would be highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong project management capabilities, extremely organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable in a technical environment, sufficient skills to navigate and demonstrate our ecommerce platform and key partners functionality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to resolve complex customer issues.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Have competency in use of Microsoft products and CRMs.
  • Have legal authorization to be employed in Ireland

We are looking for a top class developer to work directly with the lead developer of AB Commerce, a world class software product.

We want someone who is able to take on the challenge of delivering upgrades to 100’s of thousands of users every week around the world.

We are looking for someone who is very strong at programming but wants to get away from the busy big city life and instead have a good quality of living both on weekday evenings and on weekends.
